 + 4 moreIn the interest of full disclosure, work was done in connection with a federal program/loan and payment was made to contractor directly from program. All work was inspected before payment was made. Bill Arnold and his sons are nice folks, who do excellent work and have a great work ethic. They were always friendly and respectful. The crew was always on time, worked tirelessly and efficiently, always cleaned up after themselves and completed the work quickly. I recommend them wholeheartedly and would not hesitate to hire them again.
Description of Work: Exterior: New window, siding, steps and handrail, roof, front door and screen door. Installed new water line to sewer and filled in septic tank. Interior: New toilet, tub, shower doors, exhaust fan, hard-wired smoke alarm system, GFCI outlets, relocated circuit breaker box, new floor tile and baseboard in bathroom.
