+ -1 moreAVOID THIS MAN & COMPANY AT ALL COSTS. THE OWNER & FOREMAN OF THIS JOB (FRANK CIABATTONI) WAS NOT HONEST & FAILED TO COMPLETE THE JOB AS CONTRACTED. HIS FAILURES LED TO FURTHER DAMAGES TO THE INTERIOR OF OUR HOME & AT GREAT EXPENSE. WE STILL HAVEN'T RECOVERED FROM THIS.
Description of Work: REMOVE 22 SQUARE INCHES (2 LAYERS) OF OLD ROOF SHINGLES & REPLACE THEM WITH NEW ASPHALT SHINGLES. ALSO REQUIRED TO REPLACE ALL DAMAGED WOOD AROUND THE CHIMNEY & COAT TIN ROOF WITH RUBBER COMPOUND.
