Christina always did a good job. I used them for 1 or 2 years. Last appointment she didn't show nor contact me. 4 days later I received a text from Gina. Not much of an explanation to come days after the no show. She did say she would definitely let me know if they could fit my pet in. Never heard from her again. Worst customer service ever.

"Yes [Member Name Removed] the groomer up and quit and unfortunately was left with out one . Tried to hire another groomer immediately but sadly it’s not very easy and months ago at the time of this it was even harder due to the pandemic, it’s very hard to find good groomers. It was not an intentional miss of your appointment we have no control of someone quitting. You were offered an appointment when finally the new girl was going to start but yes there was a wait for that to happen! Sorry you were not the only one we had to make wait it was unfortunate and we could only do what we could at the time !"

Groomer came to door--took one look at dog and said she would have to take all hair down. There was one spot on the dog's rump that was stuck with something. I paid her $75 for coming out. I don't recall that she asked for that much but wanted to be fair. Took our dog to another groomer and the dog looked great with a normal cut.

"[Member Name Removed] sorry but your one dog was matted on legs and chest, the second dog you claimed had meningitis unfortunately we were unable to groom them in that condition. If another groomer was able to make that matting go away with a regular cut then they must have a special tool unknown to other groomers. We do not enjoy shaving matted dogs but we can only do what is comfortable for them in that condition. You can not brush them out nor just do a regular cut it's impossible. Unfortunately after we showed you what was matted you still didn't believe it, after years of grooming we know what's matted and what's not."

We use callin all dogs to groom our dog who hates riding in cars. We like them, but they are hard to get a hold of. Sometimes when we call nobody answers and their voice mailbox is full. Then when the voice mailbox isn’t full, it still takes them two days to get back to us. Other than that, we are happy with the service. The groomers have been friendly and the results have been good. We will continue to use them, but hope it will be easier to schedule appointments in the future.

"Hello [Member Name Removed] Our voice mail states that we are on the road and will try to return calls within 48 hours! We do not answer while working on pets in order to not be distracted! We are always pre booked weeks in advance so we do not have openings for typically 3/4 weeks. Mobile is not a store front based so therefore it is hard to answer calls and schedule while driving and grooming ! The phone only holds so many voicemails and can fill up quickly! Hopefully you can appreciate that our time grooming can sometimes extend into the evening and we do our best to get back with everyone as we can !"

Not very understanding or sympathetic to life's circumstances. And just plain rude at times. We're told by Callin all dogs that they would no longer provide services because we had a schedule change and had to re-schedule. No warning given. Just cut off. Just that. After using their services for a year. I guess I should be happy as I do not want to deal with ignorant, uncaring 'professionals'. Especially when I am leaving my dogs with their staff unmonitored My oldest dog would not even look at the groomer and seemed scared of her. I had never seen her act like that before. And we sedated my other two dogs-as per the veterinarians recommendations- because Nicole said they were being rammy. Which is odd because every other groomer we've ever had Spike to has said that he feel asleep while being groomed. Never a complaint about Bella either until this groomer. Not a good fit I guess is pretty accurate actually. So I guess I should thank them for doing us a favor.

"Hi am very sorry our services did not work for you. We have certain ways of handling grooming appointments being mobile and did not feel our service was the right fit for you. The repeated cancellations with having three dogs last minute was getting to be a hardship for us and the problems with payment. We felt it may be best to seek other grooming options as we appriciate things happen we have policies to keep our clients happy and served fairly, but after several incidents the day of we must make decisions that are best to keep everyone satisfied."

My dog gets VERY nervous in any situation that is not her normal routine. She is extremely afraid of thunder, gets car sick, and very nervous when strangers talk to her so I was always so worried about her when she had to be caged and spend "hours" at the groomer.
This service is provided right in our driveway and even when our little one is an extreme mess (gobs of matting) the service has NEVER taken more than one and a half hours. I know our pup is still extremely nervous but we have been able to shorten the experience and she come out neat, clean, and smelling soooooooooo much better. The staff is very prompt, very professional, and very kind.

I was so impressed with my dogs when they came out of the van. They haven't had a better hair cut in their whole lives (14 years). They worked great with my senior dogs, one being disabled. Fast and meticulous. Dogs were not upset or acting strange from the experience. Was amazing to have them come to my home and take care of each dog one at a time so that neither one had to wait in a crate. I plan to use them always in the future. They were in and out in less then 2 hours.

It was excellent. I specifically wanted them because she comes to the house so the dogs don't run with other dogs as supposed to going into a groomer or Pet Smart because there has been kennel cough going around. That's specifically why I paid for them to come but the prices are comparable to what you would have done at Pet Smart. It's a lot safer than having your dogs around other dogs that owners might not been taken care of like flees, ticks or kennel cough and things like that. She did an amazing job and was very nice to my dogs. She asked me what I wanted, played with my dogs and got to know them first. She was just a really nice lady and I like her.

From start to finish my pet was in the best handsI could ever want her to be in. She was taken from my front door to the grooming van and I had no worries from the minute she left me. Amie and I discussed what I would like done and off they went. Amie has always cared for Livee as if she was her own as she does all of the pets she grooms due to her love of animals! Before I knew it Amie was back at my door w/Livee and of course she looked absolutely beautiful! Groomed exactly as I love her to look and not stressed by in store disturbances! Mobile grooming is awesome and so convenient!
