RAISE THE ROOF CONSTRUCTION

It started out well but it had a bad ending with them. They were supposed to give us solid pine doors and we discovered that after it had been installed that they were hollow core doors. We called them up to say that they gave us the wrong doors and Steve, the owner,  said, "Well, it's going to take us a month to come out and fix it. Maybe we can just give you the price difference." And I said no, we want the solid pine doors because that's what we paid for and have in the house. I had to call at the end of the month a few times to remind them to come out. When Steve's worker finally came out, he arrived at 7:00 in the morning as I was getting my 3 children ready for school. He started working and put them in. When he was done he started to hand me the bill and I said, "Well, no, we were supposed to get the solid pine doors. We're not paying for this." And then he asked if we were paying for the labor and I said, "No, we were supposed to get solid pine doors." He left and a few days later we looked at the doors to paint them and we discovered they actually gave us solid core doors which were not the solid pine doors that we wanted. I called the owner back and he got very angry with me and said that it was my fault that I should have noticed before they were installed. We didn't order the doors so I do not know how it was my fault. They knew we wanted solid pine doors and they ordered the wrong doors.

At first it was okay but what they said was a 2 month job took 4 to 5 months to complete.  The workers were good but in one particular instance, we discover that they had installed a cheaper product than they said they would.  There was no apology for the mistake and they made us wait over a month to fix it.  Not only did they try to charge us for their mistake, but the owner tried to blame us for it saying that we should have noticed before anything was installed.

RAISE THE ROOF HAD GREAT COORDINATION BETWEEN ALL OF THEIR EMPLOYEES. THEY ALWAYS KEPT WORKING ON THE JOB WITH NO DELAYS WHATSOEVER. RAISE THE ROOF DID AN ABSOLUTELY GREAT JOB ON OUR HOME.

I WAS VERY SATISFIED WITH THEIR SERVICES. THEIR PRICE WAS FAIR. THEY CLEANED UP EVERYTHING WHEN THEY WERE FINISHED. WE DID HAVE A FEW MINOR PROBLEMS WITH THEIR WORK, BUT THEY CAME RIGHT OVER & CORRECTED THEM QUICKLY.

THEY WERE VERY GOOD IN THE BEGINNING. TOWARDS THE END, THEIR RESPONSIVENESS STARTED TO SLOW DOWN. I WANTED THEM TO GET THE JOB DONE QUICKER THAN THEY DID. THEIR PRICES WERE A LITTLE HIGH BECAUSE OF THE KIND OF WORK THEY DID FOR US, BUT REASONABLE.
