Moonlight Complements LLC Outdoor Lighting

The work was done beautifully, Recently, we had a problem with one of the lights which won't come on and we haven't been able to contact the company to fix it. They're unreachable.

A couple lamp fixtures have broken and we have tried to get Paul to come replace or repair them. We will pay for the work. But it's been a year and have not heard a word. Tried calling and emailing and nothing. I think maybe he's out of business

Paul Gaspar from Moonlight Complements installed path lighting at our house in July. When it's lit it looks very nice and ordinarily I would say they did a nice job. The issue is, weeks after the lights were installed they no longer turned on. It took several attempts to contacted Paul. When he finally got back to us he felt it was probably the GFI that was being tripped. Over the phone he took us through the steps to reset it. Several days later it trips again. The GFI trips several times a month, sometimes daily, sometimes the lights stay on for about a week. The last contact we had with Paul was December 9 when he was going to replace the GFI box. Unfortunately, he has still not stopped by or called to follow up on the issue. We have had many contractors come in and out of our home and on occasion things have gone astray. It's how the "issues" or "concerns" are address that differentiate contractors. The most respected contractors are those that stand behind their work to provide good customer satisfaction.
To be fair I had a hard time rating this company. They were good for the installation but their responsiveness to issues and customer satisfaction after the lights were installed and is giving them a poor review. I spent $2200 on lighting and I think it is fair to expect them to stay lit.

Can't say enough about Paul and Moonlight Complements.  They are excellent, and I would recommend them to anyone looking to do outside landscape lighting.  I got several quotes for our lighting project, and his was very competitive with them -- not the absolute lowest, but he was also willing to work with us to get within our budget with a total product that met our needs.  He was on time with the installation, and when he left, you wouldn't have even known anyone had been there.  Top-notch company, competitive pricing, VERY professional and responsive.

The lights look great and was done in a timely manner. Definitely would recommend.

Job went great. Paul was in and out with in the day. I love entertaining in my backyard and really looking forward to enjoying it.

Called to speak with Paul, scheduled a meeting, demonstration, than discussed the final lay out of the job.  Job was completed in a day.  The crew was great and installation was spotless.  Since my job he provided services to two other family members.

The process went great. He was in and out of there in 2 days. His price was fair. I got three prices and his was right in line. I need to have him come give me some lighting on my home in Clark.

Paul was great!! I was so happy with the experience. He did what he said, showed up on time, and was in budget. I met Paul at a trade show and his prices could not be beat. I had multiple estimates and his was the best. I'm going to have him back to install more lighting around my pool. I would refer Paul to anyone.

The job was on budget, he was on time, and it could not of went better. Great experience.
