Heating and Air Conditioning Service
After getting estimates from local yellow-page advertised firms, Mr.Schaefer's company was recommended by an aquaintance. His estimate for the same job and same brand furnace was little more than half of the sums asked for the big companies. He arrived on time with a helper and replaced the furnace, removed the old one the same day, including a condense water eliminating pump, connected to the sump well.
Having an engineering background myself, I can attest that he did a neat, excellent job, cleaned up the site meticulously and provided the paper work needed for the energy saving refund.
The township inspectors (fire, plumbing and electrical) gave the job excellent ratings. In the remining time of last winter the furnace worked without any problem.
I can wholeheartedly recommend Joe Shaefer to anybody. He also does air conditioner work and I'll call him when I'll need a new A/C system.
