Vacuum Cleaners
When I got the vacuum home and turned it on there was a screeching noise and an offensive odor coming from the vacuum. When I took it back to them, the guy said leave it here and we will take a look at it. The guy got back to me and told me there was nothing wrong with it, when there obviously was. They were not willing to admit to me that their was a problem with vacuum and I was unable to get them right the situation. I was very unhappy with the whole experience.
