Horrible. Work was begun without permits we were fined and the town was annoyed which made the entire process a nightmare. Work was completed in 6 months but had issues for the next year with plumbing. The upstairs shower leaked through the ceiling and to have an entire shower reinstalled costing me another $6000 to repair his mess up. Inspections were failed from the town several times die to him p****** them off by staying without permits. I finally ended up contacting them myself and clearing everything up all in all house was empty for 1 year before everything was completed and approved by town. As far as the rigged bathroom I am still dealing with that mess. Do yourself a favor do not hire.

The actual job was done well apart from some minor imperfections - such as due to the in wall plumbing line not being adequately recessed, sheetrock exhibits slight bulge which was uncovered too late to rectify.  Flooring not adequately leveled so 1" drop across 35' room length.  Kitchen cabinet installer was able to rectify this latter issue.
The most significant problem was post job, contractor appears to have not paid several of the subs and had disappeared.  Have received numerous calls from both Sheetrock and Electrical Contractor who were not paid and now are proceeding to take GQ to court.

Great job from start to finish - Scott at GQ was very professional and explained the job and what would be done from start to finish.  GQ handled all details - construction and framing of new bathroom with shower included, plumbing, painting and tile work.   Great experience overall.

We are overall very satisfied with the service and project management. It took a long time of about eight months or so for the project to finish because there was a break in the middle due to winter. There are still a few remaining things for them to finish. The guy who came to give us the estimate was quite knowledgeable. Their cost was middle of the road. My husband was not comfortable with them at the beginning since he felt that they were too new and not established, but I feel that they can do the work. They were very professional. I think that we are overall satisfied with their service.

Scott and his co-workers were polite, responsive, and honest. They did a very nice job and were helpful with a few other issues. Anything that I had a problem with was resolved in a timely manner. They actually went above and beyond the proverbial call of duty. I would recommend them without a problem.
