 + -1 moreThroughout the whole deal he held our hands. He explained everything from the start and helped us tremendously. He always answered the phone and kept in constant contact with us. At first I was afraid to give my listing to anyone but my husband said he saw something in Matthew and it was true. The way he spoke to us with confidence saying " I cant promise you anything, but if anybody can do it... its me!' I feel as if he put his all into the sale of our house and I would recommend him to anybody anywhere. There still are good people in this world and Matthew is one of them!
Description of Work: I opened this account just to describe my experience. We delt with Matthew Simone. We had 2 realtors before from corperate companies and we were disgusted with the lack of attention and skill we saw. We then went on to handle it ourselves and become for sale by owner and we met matthew. The previous realtor dropped the price of our home without our consent. Matthew explained it would be tough but he bumped our price up and went to work. After 30 days he brought us an offer and within 2 days after the offer he negotiated a full price! We are now closed!

 + -1 moreThis company was good. They acted really professionally and I liked the fact they gave me a lot of options. They showed me a lot of places and they dealt with that really well. I had really positive relations with them so I think they're pretty good for finding places in this greater area, which is a good thing.
Description of Work: This real estate company found me my new 1500 square foot home when I moved out of my apartment.

 + -1 moreI can't knock this agency in and of itself because it was just this one guy who was so bad. I tell everyone not to use him, but I am careful not to tell people not to use the agency in general. I have no problem with the agency itself. Based on my experience, I probably would not go back to them because I could probably rely better on myself rather than a Realtor.
Description of Work: We signed a contract with All Town Realty to sell our old house in Colonial. Prior to signing the agreement, I told the man we were dealing with that I already had someone interested in the home. He said if those people were interested, he would get no commission. Well, they were interested and he tried to take full commission. I wound up waiting three months until the contract expired and sold the house on my own.
