Throughout the whole deal he held our hands. He explained everything from the start and helped us tremendously. He always answered the phone and kept in constant contact with us. At first I was afraid to give my listing to anyone but my husband said he saw something in Matthew and it was true. The way he spoke to us with confidence saying " I cant promise you anything, but if anybody can do it... its me!' I feel as if he put his all into the sale of our house and I would recommend him to anybody anywhere. There still are good people in this world and Matthew is one of them!

This company was good. They acted really professionally and I liked the fact they gave me a lot of options. They showed me a lot of places and they dealt with that really well. I had really positive relations with them so I think they're pretty good for finding places in this greater area, which is a good thing.

I can't knock this agency in and of itself because it was just this one guy who was so bad. I tell everyone not to use him, but I am careful not to tell people not to use the agency in general. I have no problem with the agency itself. Based on my experience, I probably would not go back to them because I could probably rely better on myself rather than a Realtor.
