Sewer Cleaning
Yes, I recommend this pro
$11,000
We were having a backup in our sewer line which runs about 120 feet under our neighbors lawn and into the public sewer line. The Trenchless Team came in and put a camera in our sewer line and determined that there was a clog about halfway down to the public sewer consisting of tree roots and a partial collapse of the line. They then cleaned the line completely with the appropriate tools and prepared to put a liner into the line. They located the line outside of the house and dug a 3ftX3ft hole in the driveway about 6ft deep, cut a hole in the top of the line.(sort of Arthroscopic Surgery for sewer lines) They then lined the pipe down to the street and into the house with an ingenious lining system and epoxied it to the old pipe and filled it with a bladder inflated by a compressor to press the glue to the old pipeline until it cured. They left this overnight and came back the next day. They then pulled out the bladder, connected the two pipes with new PVC and filled the small hole in the driveway. When it was all done they gave us a DVD of the before and after that they had taken showing a completely clean sewer line. They guarantee the new line for life. They are insured for liability by quality insurers and they provide a certificate of insurance.
The owner does this anywhere and had just returned from a job in Wisconsin, and trains others to do the work. His team of three were very knowledgeable, confidant and professional.(it was pretty cold and the crew chief could have pulled the bladder out the night before but wanted it to cure longer so he left it in overnight-obviously an inconvenience to us but clearly the correct decision)
