Project was for a three-car garage with studio apartment on the second floor. Generic plan had been purchased from the web and needed changes and then a redo of the plans to be ready and acceptable for NJ construction permits. I had never heard of Fumo & Associates before but after meeting with them one time I stopped looking for other architectural firms. They were a pleasure to work with; responsive to my requests; timely in producing the required plans, specifications and outputs; and reasonably priced. I recommend them highly

Through the course of my interviewing process of hiring an Architect for my total home renovation, most were intimidated by the size of the renovation, along with the age and condition of the house. Fumo and Associates came in very confident and never once gave me the impression that the job was too much for them to handle. They responded immediately with a very competetive price and began working just as fast. Plans were turned around quickly and they were very accomodating to the building inspectors requests and changes. I highly recommend Rick and Vince! Good Guys!!
