remodeling, home remodeling
 + 0 moreHe did not do any remodeling. He checked to see if there was a pan in the stand up shower, and if there was a liner. He speckled and sanded one spot in the bathroom. I paid him $1,500. I bought all the materials, and am wondering what all he did for $2,700. I am retired, and on a fixed income. I do not believe that I owe him a $1,200 balance. He charges $400 a day if he comes by himself. If he is with his partner, it is $2,400 a week. I would not recommend him.
