Robert was on time for the job and did not take a lot of breaks. We provided water in a cooler for him & his helper who also worked very hard. We replaced both AC and furnace so this was a costly experience. So far we have been very pleased with Robert and his professionalism. He had the permits and we now await inspections. Financially, Robert is easy to work with and his price is competitive and better than many. We believe quality is product driven and could never be perfect, but we are satisfied with our choices. We would indeed recommend Climate Masters for your HVAC needs.

Immediate and excellent response by Robert on a Sunday. Was at my house within 30 minutes of calling to properly and quickly repair A/C. This is a hard working trustworthy man who underprices his competitors, plus NATE certified. You do not need to follow him around and keep an eye on what he is doing. Our a/c unit went out during a heat wave at 8pm on a Friday night. We called and they came in 20 minutes. Very prompt. Friendly and professional. I would definitely recommend them, as well as use them again.

I cannot say enough good things about Climate Masters. Robert was courteous, knowledgeable, efficient, and his prices were very competitive. The compressor on my central air conditioning unit blew out. Of the 4 estimates I received, Robert was the only one who offered to see if the equipement was still under warranty. Unfortunately, it was not. Robert installed a new unit exactly when he said he would. He worked very neatly and efficiently,and had the job done in about 2 1/2 hours. Anyone who has a heating or air condtioning problem, please call Climate Masters. You will not regret it. I highly recommend them.

Robert call me in less then 30 seconds after I hit the enter key. Out of all 3 pros that called, he was the one that was able to go the extra mile for me. He took my ACs serial # and found out that the compressor was still under warranty even after I checked and found it out of warranty. He saved me from buying an entire new AC unit. Just had to pay for the labor and freon. Saved me a ton! Thanks!

Friendly and very knowledgeable, Robert from Climate Masters is a HVAC professional with 25 years of experience. When he arrived at my place at 8AM on Saturday, he clearly explained how a leak in my 22 years old central A/C system can be sealed, and then fixed it quickly. I placed my request on Service Magic around midnight on Friday to install a media filter cabinet for my furnace. I received a call from Robert at Climate Masters about 9 am on Saturday. He said that he could be over in about 45 minutes. When he arrived (on time) he took a look at what he was dealing with , gave me a quote and said that he could do it in about an hour. Unbelievable!! From the first contact to job completion, it took 2 hours! Price was reasonable, Robert was a professional, and he cleaned up after himself. He told me exactly what he needed to do in order to install the unit, and he did exactly that. I could not be happier!.
