Horrible experience! They sent two people to assess & give me the price. They said they would trap humanely the Mother & then remove pups. After one month of not being able to trap mother they blocked her entrance into attic. Then the didnt return for 5 days to get pups. Said now that they were mobile - would have to trap them. Two more weeks of them going into attic, they removed a couple & said they would set two more traps & make sure all were caught. They called one week later to say they went back to business, were let inside & went into attic. The traps were empty & they repaired all damage & cleaned up the raccoon droppings/dirt. Tonight THREE WEEKS LATER a raccoon comes out of my ceiling & into my staff area. He became scared & ran back in. I went into attic myself & there are the traps still, two raccoon & horrible damage & dirt. They flat out lied & I have texts to prove this as well as photos!!!!! BEWARE OF SCAM!

It went excellent. The ants were gone in a day, he was efficient and clean, friendly, and nice to work with. I also hired them to do seasonal services right on the spot. A good value for the job that he does.

Unlike other exterminators who had been hired in the past, Cato Termite & Pest Control was  different.  For one, the technician arrived on time with  necessary equipment.  He was courteous and knowledgeable about wildlife, in particular, squirrels.
The technician performed a complete outside inspection, including the roof.  A medal screen was placed over an area near the roof to prevent completion of the squirrel's nest. In addition, he offered suggestions for sealing garage door gaps, which may be an entrance for other rodents.  A full inspection of the attic was done, with no findings of squirrel infestation!

The gentleman that showed up was on time.  He waited while we put our dogs in a contained area.  He explained what he was going to do and set to it.  We live right next to a swampy area, so he did suggest a quarterly plan.  We agreed that the plan is a wise choice.  My mother-in-law lives with us and has a great problem with bugs.  She's from Nevada where there are not really any bugs.
He explained to us it might take 8-10 days before we saw major improvement. After that we should reach out to him, so he can make a repeat visit.  I was more like 2 weeks before we really saw that the treatment was working.  Bugs were still coming in, but they would die shortly after.  We are calling him back about spiders and some tiny bugs in the lower level of the house. That would be the only reason for the B on quality.  We are still having issues.  However, the majority of our problem was taken care of and it's an uphill battle in relation to where we live.

Loved the people at Cato, not only did they get out to us quickly, they provided great pest control services and even have advice months later.

They where early and the service didn't take more then 25 min . He treated the entire outside and crawl space of the house. He even stayed a little longer to give us some information on how to prevent them from coming back.

Great ! Tom arrived on time and was very friendly and professional. He was very knowledge about problem. He preformed several Procedures both inside and outside of house to stop the ant problem. I was very pleased how he handled the situation. I had written a review previously that was not good due to lack of communication. I responded to his "Deal" and it stated that the service was for prevention, not a present problem. When I called to explain situation to one of his employees, he said that he would pass information to Tom. However; no phone numbers were exchanged, so I didn't get a call back. I was upset because I had an active ant problem which explains my negative review. I apologize to everyone who read it and to Cato exterminators. I would highly recommend them to anyone that needs the services of an Exterminator. He definitely cared about the problem and listened to everything I had to say. Also, the price of the services were reasonable compared to other quotes that I received. I also appreciated the fact that he didn't try to talk me into a monthly contract, as so many other exterminators try to do.

I told them I had a infestation problem so they know it is an emergencey and they still never called back. They are very unresponsive.

Rufus and his partner were great. They explained what they were doing and what else needed to be done. They were very thorough with search and remediation.  

We noticed that ants were entering our kitchen through an opening in the window sill under the kitchen window. We tried store-bought ant baits, but the ants seemed to mostly avoid them. We called Cato and they promptly got back to us and made an appointment. The exterminator from Cato came and checked both inside and outside the house, including going into a crawlspace. He thoroughly explained his findings and his plans to resolve the problem before beginning. He also showed us an entry point outside that he had discovered. He used a spray and ant bait gel both inside and outside the house. The ants coming in through the window sill seemed to decrease in quantity slowly, but a small amount at a time continued for almost a week (We had been informed it may take a while for all the ants to stop). When we called about our concern with the length of time that had passed and still having ants, the exterminator set another appointment and he applied additional bait gel at the point of entry. This seemed to work very well and the ant infiltration stopped for a few weeks. Unfortunately, at that time, we began to notice a few more ants beginning to enter through a different point in the same window sill. Once again, Cato sent an exterminator who applied bait gel across the bottom of the entire sill, and also sprayed again. He also applied a complimentary free anti-bug and insect spray around our house at common problem areas and other entry points (the garage, boiler room, all doorways, etc.).We haven't had any ants since. Also, our house is virtually bug and insect-free. We were very pleased with the concern and diligence that Cato showed in resolving what can be a very difficult problem (ants). They were always helpful and courteous when contacted and when doing their job. They thoroughly explain what?s going on and what needs to be done, and answer all questions. They honor their warranties (a 30-day warranty in this case). We have had other work done by them in the past (removing a bee's nest, eradicating rodents from our garage, killing and removing an ant colony outside the house) and they have always provided outstanding work and customer service. We will continue to use them for any exterminating/pest control needs we may have.
