I couldn't have asked for a better experience. Gerry always did exactly what he said he would do. He understood our goals for the fence (to contain two scrappy little dogs), and he made sure that the entire fence was secure and even recommended ways to secure it even further. He came to the house, measured, gave me a price and a timeline and everything went according to plan. He even takes payments online, which made things even easier. I highly recommend him.

We hired Diesel Builders to install a vinyl fence. After approximately 7 months, the fence started to lean in different locations on three of the sides. Genaro, the owner, admitted, in writing no less, that they didn’t anchor the posts correctly. He stated they would be out to correct the problem. Four months later, Diesel Builders has done nothing to correct the issue and the fence looks horrible. I have made numerous attempts to contact him and he is unresponsive. I highly suggest going elsewhere.

Gate on fence has needed repair to close correctly. One attempt to correct did not work. 5 phone calls and 3 months later and gate still doesn't close properly. We are very dissatisfied with the response to fix the problem

Fence installation went well. Having problem with getting Genaro out to fix gate closing problem. I have made 5 phone calls to get problem corrected and have been told it would be, nothing done yet. We have been waiting over a month to get this corrected. Phone calls have mostly been ignored

I liked the initial consultation, but we've been disappointed with the quality of the fence.

In response to the builders comments, I did contact you several times, though it took many phone calls to get a response.  Eventually you did stop by and looked at the issue.  The problem was not with the quality of the stockade (I understand it's a cheaper product), but with how the posts were sunk and how the fence was planned.  Several of the posts on one side of the gate have risen several inches and thus, the gate doesn't line up (and even snapped a the screws holding the latch).  You're response was to move one hinge, which worked for a few months.  Also, the one gate wasn't secured to a cross piece well and was flimsy.  The other gate was hinged such that it opened into a hill (limiting it's usefulness).  I have since pounded some of the posts back down (which seems to be working) and reinforced one of the gates (simply screwing the stockade to the crosspiece).  To be fair, the split rail fence in the back has held up very well and we love that.  Just disappointed in the picket fence.
