Unlike other real estate companies, two agents came instead of one. They were very thorough in accessing everything about how the house would sell, about it's strengths and weaknesses. Instead of giving us an estimate on what they thought they we could get for the house, they went back to the office and then they called us back later and invited us to the office for a presentation. It was a unique approach. It might have taken more time than other realtors, but I was sort of impressed. The only thing that was a little annoying is that we had to go in one extra time, but they really gave us a lot. We looked up a lot of realtors and they were pretty thorough.
