I called on a Friday an a repairman came out the next day. He replaced the heater, replaced the hoses and o-rings on the chlorinator and balanced the chemicals. These guys are expensive, without question, but they are the best pool company I have ever used. Calls and emails are returned promptly by people who know what they are talking about, the repair guy (who is a genius!) is there within a day or two and - most importantly - the repair is done right the first time.

Rin Robyn pool tech is AMAZING.  After several failed attempts by two other pool services, Rin Robyn had our pool in beautiful shape within a day.  Our pool has never looked better or run more efficiently.  The office staff is also great.  They are very polite and punctual. It was easy to get an appointment all all service people were puntual.
