I called Pleasant pools on 2 separate occasions to see if they could come out and look at my pool heater. I ended up calling a HVAC guy because they never returned my call. A couple of days passed and I notice someone is in my back yard looking at my pool heater. It was a tech from Pleasant pools! I explained to him I already had a HVAC guy diagnose the problem and I won't be needing there services. The tech asked me what they ordered and lo and behold the HVAC guy miss diagnosed the problem. So now I have to stay with Pleasant pools even though there service is not he best.

It did not go well. The technician that arrived at my home was inebriated, extremely rude, and actually damaged my spa. I phoned the company to inform them of the situation, but they defended the technician profusely. They did send a second technician, but they charged me for a second visit as well as the necessary.
