They offer plants for our growing conditions and are very knowledgeable about which plants are deer resistant (especially important to me). I like their selection...PD had some specific cultivars I was looking for and suggested alternatives if not available. The plants were all healthy and situated in suitable locations for their growing conditions (ie shade plants where in shaded areas and therefore not suffering from leaf scorch!) And plant description tags, price tags were readily visible. My only suggestion would be that the rows of plants be marked for easier identification (like Condurso's in Montville), as opposed to looking around for the plant tag. I had one staff member spend a good 1/2 hr with me picking out perennials. He was incredibly patient, informative and steered me toward a better cultivar for one of my picks - I'm very happy with his recommendation.
