Jack and his employees did a great job, was very punctual, and helped us understand our well system (our old house was on city water). The only downside was that it was a bit expensive, but it was an emergency repair and we didn't know what to expect. The only thing I would do differently would be to get another estimate, but we didn't have the time.

His name is Jack Hall. They have done work for me for the past 15 years. I continue to use them because they are punctual, well priced and provide quality service. We needed a large water heater and I thought the pricing was fair. I'll use them in the future.

I am delighted. Other plumbers have tried to repair my leaking shower unsuccessfully. The plumber and his helper arrived promptly at 8:00 AM. They worked 4 and 1/2 hours and left everything spotless. I may have gotten a break on price, because I am retired. Considering all the work that was done, they were more than reasonable. If there were a way to add pluses to the A's I am about to give them, I would do so.

I THINK THAT THE MOST OUTSTANDING QUALITY ABOUT THIS COMPANY IS THAT THEY ARE HONEST AND I FEEL I CAN TRUST THEIR ADVICE. THEY DON'T TRY TO SELL OR REPAIR WHAT YOU DON'T NEED.
