There was Unanticipated wood rot from years of water seepage from existing windows . Problem was resolved with no hesitation and minimal cost.Job turned out beautifully.

Highly recommended. You get what you pay for. Their estimate was on the high side but worth it. PLEASE don't hire any contractor because they are the lowest bidder. Do your research. Asked for recommendations. No issues from start to finished. Lastly, John and Sal were professionals and that's rare nowadays since everybody wants your business.

Couldn't have been better. Job was completed in less than two days; clean-up was thorough. I'd recommend Creo with no reservations. Excellent experience. I intend to use Creo again immediately to build my back steps/deck.

I am thankful John was referenced to me. We were doing a complete renovation on the house and John did a wonderful job. He got delayed starting our job due to weather and finishing another job and called to let me known due to weather he was running behind. When he arrived his crew stayed until the job was finished. The house is about 4,000 sq ft. John did the job ten years ago and at that time there was no Angie’s list. When he was spotted listed on Angie’s list it was a good feeling to know he is still in business. Handie plank is costly....some used the word expensive. When work is done on my house I want the quality and workmanship skill to be as though I will be living in the house for the next thirty years and want no problems. If I ever move I do not want to leave a problem for the next owner. I shop for services based upon quality of services and skill...price is not the main motivator. Besides having the house washed....you have to be careful in washing Hardie Plank there has been no maintenance. I do not remember the specific total cost for John to install the Hardie but do remember it was much more that other sidings....and given that it still looks new and there was been no problems I am happy. There was a 30 yard dumpster on site an all waste was put in it. I would not think twice about hiring job again.

Creo was responsive and professional from start to finish. The job was performed quickly and efficiently and their quality of work was outstanding. I would highly recommend this company.

Working with a contractor has never been so easy. We were able to schedule it conveniently and had a new roof in less than two days, start to finish. Every step of the way, we felt like John Creo was paying attention. Plus, clean-up left everything in great shape with zero damage to shrubs in pulling off the old roof. All that with no surprise upcharges in the final invoice. And his prices were right in line with the other bids we got. After some of the contractors we have worked with in the past, we are beyond relieved-and happy to share!

The entire renovation of our home went extremely well. Mike, the project manager, guided us through the renovation from beginning to end which made the project go smoothly. Our home was completed in a timely manner and exceeded our expectations. Creo Construction Services is a company that we would highly recommend to anyone who wants quality work completed by professionals.

One of the best company's we have worked with, start to finish.  Sam and crew were prompt, responsive and courteous. The roof installation had to be coordinated with the removal and reinstallation of a gutter guard by another company.  Creo Construction was flexible about working with the other company, and offered to help reinstall the gutter system if other company didn't come through.  All- in-all a great experience.

It went exceptionally well.  Eveyone was easy to work with from the quote through the construction.  They worked neatly and finished everything on time.  Workmanship was excellent. Quality company- the recommendation came through an architect and we now see why.  Foreman was always responsive to questions and concerns and did a good job of following up after the work was completed.

They did a good job and as far as the skylights that we wanted to keep, he took pictures and showed us why we shouldn't keep them and we saw the pictures and we realized that we can't keep them. He had the skylight windows installed. The price went up because of it. He had to get the materials and the labor but every step of the way, he explained things and they did a good job and it was a good cleanup. He took everything away. I was happy with them. They told us how much it was going to cost for any wood that they would have to replace on the roof. Upfront, he told us how much each pieces would require; I think it was like $11 a sheet and we ended up replacing around 50 pieces of plywood but we needed it. He explained all the way through what was going on. He did a great job. Out of the other people, I guess he had the best price. I guess it's almost a year and so far, no leaks. As far as I'm concerned, he did a good job with the roof.

Working with Creo Construction was about the best experience I've had in working with contractors for over 30+ years.  As a female homeowner, I have always been on the defensive when dealing with contractors on major projects, after many 'painful' past experiences, but that was not necessary in dealing with Creo.  My contact, Sam, worked with me patiently, answering all my questions, and keeping up with all my emails and phone calls. 
I did my research, and met with several providers - all who came within a few hundred dollars of each other in price - but my confidence in Creo was strongest, thanks to Sam's excellent communication, as well as seeing, first hand, the quality of Creo's work on a neighbor's house and hearing about my neighbor's experience w/this company.
To the point, and most importantly, Creo's crew did an outstanding job.  Any minor issues were addressed immediately, any incidental questions were responded to quickly.  The crew was exceptionally efficient, putting in a full day, every day, with careful attention to detail, even on the finishing touches.  There was no need for 'the boss' to be onsite every day, either, as the other providers boasted, because Creo's crew knew exactly what to do without the need for micromanaging.  The crew's level of professionalism is to be commended - and my old house now looks like one of the newer homes on the block.  I just wish I had more funds to spare for additional upgrades to my house at the same time.  I'm glad I chose the right company for this major project.

They were prompt, professional and friendly. They also had competitive prices. The foreman on the job was there to make sure the job was done correctly. I have no complaints about the work they did. I would use them again in the future if I needed to.

I was introduced to the foreman on the job and the team working on my roof at the beginning of the job. I was very pleased with the work done and how quick the job was completed. Everything around my house was protected prior to the work starting. They had addressed any issues i had at the beginning, during and end of the project.
