Could not have been worse. From the start, he was habitually late to meetings. His designs were not great (ended up not going with original design plan). Nothing very creative. Was rarely around to see project. Had to repeatedly request same information required by municipal approval. Culminating in a design flaw that ended up costing us over $100,000 (and countless hours) to fix.
