These guys are shysters. They charged me $479 to unclog a bathroom sink. It was a simple snake job and it took a maximum of 10 minutes. They charged me $225 an hour for the plumber and his assistant, who literally did nothing. And they charged me two total hours saying they include their travel time from their office to my house and back! To make matters worse, their office is only 22 miles away from my house. I wish I had looked up all of the reviews on Yelp! prior to hiring them. Yelp! reviews absolutely destroy them. What made matters worse was they were supposed to show up between noon and 4 pm the day before. So I took the afternoon home from work only to learn after sitting there waiting for four hours that they screwed it up and came to my house at 8:30 in the morning. These guys are the worst. Do not hire them.

The job was done, but the price was astronomical. When I questioned the bill, Andrew Hall dropped the price, but never explained why he charged so much in the first place. Not good when a customer is overcharged and has to complain.

The well company men correctly identified the cause of the sand in the water. They dug an 8' deep hole and found a hole in the adapter between the well pipe and the house feeder pipe. They efficiently replaced it. They advised me the old well tank was not the cause of the original restricted water flow and should not have been replaced.
We paid Andrew Hall for his 2nd crew for correctly identifying the sand was the culprit for our water flow problems.
However, we refuse to pay for his first crew because they did not test the water for any contaminants and we should never have had to pay for the original well tank to be replaced......they was nothing wrong with it and it replacement improved nothing.
Mr. Hall is still seeking that payment from us......good luck!

They're very professional and they're excellent. They're very knowledgeable and very responsive. They get you when there's been a situation in which I'm not at home and they want to get here; they'll give me a call. They're very good. I would recommend their quality of work, pricing and professionalism.

ANDREW HALL INSTALLED MY FURNANCE 2 YEARS AGO AT THE PRICE OF $14000. THE INSTALLATION WAS VERY NICE. WHEN I HAD ISSUES THIS YEAR I THOUGHT HE WOULD BACK HIS WORK AND SINCE IT SEEMED TO BE MORE THAT REPLACING A THERMAL COUPLE, I CALLED HIM. HE SENT A TECHNICIAN THAT COULD NOT ANALYZE THE ISSUE BY HIMSELF AND NEEDED TO CALL A SENIOR TECHNICIAN TO BE WALKED THROUGH THE STEPS. THEY DETERMINED IT NEEDED A NEW GAS FILTER. THEY ARRIVED LATER THAT DAY WITH A NEW PART. THE SENIOR TECHNICIAN HAD AN APPRENTICE INSTALL THE PART. THEY WERE UNSUCCESSFUL WITH GETTING THE FURNACE TO WORK. THEY LEFT WITHOUT ME HAVING HEAT. THEY RETURNED THE NEXT DAY AND REINSTALLED THE PART AND GOT THE FURNANCE TO WORK. IT STAYED LIT FOR 5 HOURS. AGAIN I WAS COLD. UPON LEAVING THEY TOLD ME IF IT WENT OUT, CALL THE GAS COMPANY TO HAVE THE REGULATORS REPLACED. I FOLLOWED THEIR INSTRUCTIONS AND HAD THE REGULATORS REPLACED. EVEN WITH NEW REGULATORS, THE FURNANCE STAYED ON FOR ANOTHER 5-6 HOURS. WHEN I CALLED ON MONDAY MORNING AND REQUESTED TO SPEAK WITH THE OWNER, HE REFUSED AND HAD THE TECHNICIAN CALL ME WITH THE MESSAGE THAT IT MUST BE THE PROPANE TANK. WITH THIS ATTITUDE, I THEN HAD MY GAS COMPANY COME OUT TO CORRECT THE ISSUE. THEY FOUND THAT ANDREW HALLS TECHNICIAN INSTALLED THE INCORRECT PART. IN ADDITION THEY DETERMINED I NEEDED A NEW ORIVIS. ONCE THE GAS COMPANY CORRECTED THE PART AND THE ORIVIS MY FURNACE HAS BEEN PERFORMING PERFECTLY. I SUSPECT, IT WAS NEVER THE 2 YEAR OLD GAS FILTER BUT WAS THE ORIVIS. ANDREW HALL BILLED ME FOR 451.27 FOR WORK THAT WAS NOT EFFECTIVE. HE STATED IN THE BILL WE AGREED TO SPLIT THE FEES, INCLUDING THE INCORRECT PART. WHEN WE WANTED TO QUESTION THE BILL HE AGAIN WOULD NOT SPEAK TO US. HE BILLS FOR THE HOURS SPENT WITH NO GUARANTEE THAT HIS TECHNICIANS WILL SOLVE THE ISSUE.

This provider replaced my aging oil burner and problematic hot water system in early March 2013. I got an estimate one day and the guys were out the very next day to do the complete job. They were courteous and professional. We had to call them back a few times to adjust the furnace and water temp but basically I was happy with their service.
While we had them there, we had them fix a few minor plumbing issues, including replacing the drain on our kitchen sink. I think their plumbers are very expensive and then send two guys for super simple tasks. At any rate, the sink began to leak again in July. The compression nut that holds the pipe to the drain dislodged causing a flood under my sink and in my heater room below. I called Hall since they were the last ones to touch my sink. They again sent two guys who were in my house a total of 15 minutes while they replaced the compression nut. 10 days later I got a bill for $160. In my opinion, they maybe should have charged for the part but definitely not for and quot;laborand quot; or two guys who did nothing more than I could do myself.
I was very disappointed and as such will use another plumber in the future.

I called this company based on their reviews in Angie's List after calling about a dozen other firms. Everyone I called prior to Andrew E. Hall was polite but did not have time to help me for at least one week. When a very pleasant woman answered the phone, she was sympathetic and told me that she would do everything to get a repair team out at some point during the day. Finally in the late afternoon, she called again to explain that their team was overloaded but that I was down for first thing the next morning. At 7:10 the next morning, our doorbell rang and there was the repair team. They went right to work, explaining what their diagnosis was and what had to be done to get our A/C working again. In less than one hour they had the unit repaired and running. I was very pleased with their responsiveness, their professionalism and their willingness to keep me informed. I would definitely use this company again and am unhesitant t recommend them. I was very pleased.

Very neat, clean professional job - start to finish. Very fair price for the job. Very happy with the entire process.

The job was preformed satisfactorily however the billing was extremely unfair. The bill was almost $1500 more then quoted including what was done and the markup on parts provided was more then 100% in some cases. I was billed for labor time that involved having to go to the warehouse and get parts even though I was told prior to the date of service that all parts would be available on site. When I call Mr. hall to question the bill I received a very condescending response. I would not use them again.

They found the problem right away and fixed it. The other company couldn't find the problem and still charged us. Andrew and Son took care of the problem.
