Kenny Anderson is phenominal. He doesn't double book himself so, once he starts a job, he's yours. I work from home a lot so I was there while Kenny was working, he was reliable and prompt, respected my home, kept whatever noise he had to make to a minimum. He cleaned up after himself every day. As with any project, you run into unexpected items, Kenny would not only communicate clearly the issue but also offered options on how to fix. His tile work is beyong compare, he is meticulous in his measuring, trimming and placement of tiles....I watched Kenny go out ot his tile cutter 3 or 4 times to insure the tile was cut exactly correct. I would ask Kenny back in an instant if I had more work to be done.

Kenny Andersen is the most meticulous and reliable contractor I have worked with. Once he started the job, he was in every day, all day. Kenny gutted and replaced 2 bathrooms for us. This involved removing old tile from floors and walls and installing new tile. Words cannot describe how wonderful his tile work is. He takes the time to explain the process, and was painstaking in determining start and end points so all tile was centered where it should be. He cuts tile, not corners. As with any renovaton, issues came up. He was forthcoming with any issues he was faced with and always had recommendations on how to address them but did not put undue pressure on us. These jobs took multiple weeks. I was comfortable allowing Kenny access to my home when my husband and I were at work and when we returned, if he was done for the day, the house was alwas in good shape. Some days he would wait for us to catch up on the status of the job. He was always there but never intrusive. I would recommend Kenny for any work you may need done in your house. He won't take a job if it's not his forte but if he does take a job, he does not disappoint.
