They said if we called them after 2 weeks they would come out and check the rats which they did. That was the last I heard of them. I assume they got the rats as there are no rats around the property now. They came out 4 weeks later and asked me how it was going with the rats. So I told them I never received any call or communication from them informing me that they were coming out one more time to check the rats. I wouldn?t use them again in the future.
