Mo is great - he has been managing our home for years and is ALWAYS responsive, even on weekend emergencies. I would never go to anyone else.

Long story short: the and quot;peepand quot; (white cap that stuck out of the ground) got hit with the lawn mower and noticed the pipe line was full of water and the wires were smoking. We had a wet spring that year. The Wiring was originally done improperly, causing the pump to short out. AA Sewer came out, surveyed the situation, pumped both holding tanks (manholes), told me the different possibilities, and stated they would be here the next day. That night we had another bad rain storm. The next day they were here. The Electrician, pump truck and with a new pump, if one is needed. I was hoping not, money was tight. So the electrician hooked up the pump to a power source, the pump started to hum and I almost jumped for joy (it would have cost another approx. $2000 for the pump). The holding tank was going down. They fixed the wiring. The connection is above ground now (easy access) and they flushed out both holding tanks. Put in new floats (2) and check the system and alarm. All in working order. I will say, they had this tall guy, sorry forgot his name, he got inside the holding tank and adjusted the pump and put the new floats in. I was surprise he fit through the manhole! They were professional and answered my call for help.

I've used A A Septic for many years, and can't say enough positive things about the owner, Moe Coffee. He's a professional, and
exceptionally knowledgeable. He's also creative, and looks for simple solutions instead of immediately excavating the entire system.
On this visit, I had some concerns that the septic might be starting to back up. Moe showed up on time, checked out the system to make sure it was operating correctly, and then set up an appointment to come back and have the holding tank pumped out. All the work was performed promptly and professionally.
In the past I had a problem with the main sewer line from my house out to the holding tank. The line was clogging repeatedly, and the cycle time between clean outs went from just over a year to about 3 months. At that point, Moe figured out that the line
appeared to be clogged right at the collar where the line entered the settling tank. Instead of digging up the entire line and tank, Moe dug up the collar and repaired the section of pipe which had collapsed. Instead of tearing out my front walk and my entire yard, I only lost one shrub and had to repair a small section of walkway.
On a previous visit, when another contractor wanted to tear up my entire leach field, Moe correctly diagnosed the problem as a clogged line from the settling tank to the leach tank. He snaked it and had me back in business for $500.
