WINNER FORD

I was in the market for a hybrid and Winner Ford had some used ones at pretty reasonable rates. My wife and I found one we liked and the salesperson was pretty good. My wife applied for financing and the rate was extremely high. We applied at our bank and got a substantially lower rate. We took the paperwork and had already been pre-approved. The finance guy made us fill out all this paperwork that did not correspond with what the bank had discussed. I asked multiple times why he was pulling my credit again when the bank had already approved me. Low and behold a few weeks later two loans showed up for the same car at my bank because he had re pulled my credit report and applied for a separate loan. Both loans were applied and it took my wife and I three hours on the phone to resolve it and our credit score was negatively impacted. Avoid this place, it may look pretty but the service is very poor.

I went back because I bought Fords a number of times. Generally their quality was good. They're quick in terms of getting the job done. When you take the car in, they get it done the same day. So punctuality was good.

I believe it took them one day to fix it. I was unhappy about the fact that I did not receive prior notice as to what repair was involved before I showed up. So I wasn't very happy with the way it was handled. The work they did was good.

Generally, warranty maintenance work has been very good. I did have a minor problem with them once dealing with front end repair on an automobile. But that was some time ago.

My car's a Lincoln but they still did great work on it but they're a Ford dealership.
My car was making a lot of noise and it was hesitating and causing me to worry whether it was going to stop on me and leaving me hanging. We went in and got diagnostics or estimates. They had to keep it a day before we knew what the problem was.
They didn't offer us a loaner but we didn't ask because we were borrowing my daughter's car.
They are very professional. They did the car and then they did, my husband had some paint missing on the front bumper of his car so we went and had that done at the same time. They cleaned and polished up our headlights so we could see out of them again. Then they washed up the car and cleaned it, cleaned the inside, cleaned the outside so when we got the car back it was very nice looking.
I knew the price was going to be a little bit more but I trusted them better than someone I didn't know because the dealerships usually do a better job of doing your work. Their servicemen were very polite and if you left a message they got right back to you. The only thing was the pricing was about 15% higher than other places. Everything else was very good. Sometimes you got to give a little to get a little.

I have used the dealership for over 10 years. About 5 years ago they performed body work on my 2002 Ford Explorer after an accident. Their work was excellent. The work cost about $5,000 which was paid by the insurance company. I have also used them for general service and again their work was always timely and they would always call for approval before they performed any work but their price are very high. I may try to give them another try soon since I just received a promotional material for a $19.95 fuel saver package for an oil change etc.

I use them strictly for my vehicles. The repairs were less than satisfactory at this point we are still to get it fixed properly. The pricing was fine; most of it was handled by the insurance.
