plumbing, drain cleaning
+ 0 moreHe was able to get the drains unclogged, but the way he handled the billing was very unprofessional and he himself was as well. Especially charging me for the time he was talking on the phone outside.
Description of Work: I needed a drain unclogged and they quoted me a price of $199 an hour, but when they got here it was $219 per hour. He unclogged the one drain and then he asked me to run a few faucets to make sure it was working. Well there was still a problem, and he told me that would be more money to fix and he hadn't even been here an hour. Later he replaced a little part on my toilet and said it would be $20 to fix. When writing the bill he requested the extra $20 be in cash, I only had $10 on me which I gave to him and then he said he'd put the rest on the bill. When I got the bill I saw the $20 there. He seemed to have been fighting with his father on the phone a lot. One time he went out to his car for 15 minutes to fight on the phone, and he counted that as part of the hour charge. He talked on the phone 4 more times as well and which ended up totally 25 minutes wasted on the phone.
