Ran over one day because of delays in my order arriving but accommodated the delay. Worked with me through every step of the process and gave clear updates and progress reports. We had a through the wall air conditioner that needed to be replaced. The new one was smaller and drywall and molding work needed to be done for it to fit. Brain came to look at the project on a Thursday, had a price for us that same day, and was back to do the work that following Monday. He installed the new air conditioner with the outside cage and did the drywall and molding around it. He was extremely polite, efficient, and did excellent work! I would definitely hire him again. Bonus: he was even super friendly with our dog!
