Carpet Installation
The salesman and owner was very obnoxious, he had his own pricing method. He wouldn't give me any quotes, he would just give me quotes of things that did not have any meaning to me. I asked him to send someone out to do an estimate and said that just the estimate would cost $250.00.

Flooring
Generally things went well. I have used this company for carpet work in the past also. It is a small family owned business. Customers get personal attention. They have a variety of products not seen in the big home centers. Prices are reasonable. My only complaint was that the crew left a trash bag of materials outside my home. We have bulk pick-up only one day a month, and I do not think that commercial contractors should be leaving debris at a job site. The owner came and removed the materials from my front yard.
