Ryan Plumbing Company

Worked ok for 2-1/2 weeks then backed up again.  Called Ryan Plumbing back out and serviceman simply plunged the backyard cleanout once more.  Again he did not use a snake or offer any idea how it happed again in such a short time.  The real issue was they wrote up another large bill and stated they could not warranty the last job because of some made up nonsense.  I had him call up his boss and it went downhill from there.  The person at the office was very unprofessional and ripped us off.  He threatened to call the police if we didn't pay again for the same service from less than 3 weeks before.  His reason for not warrantying was supposedly an improper cap.  The cap works just fine and keeps any large debris out.  The only issue is that it is not screwed down, the last screw was sheered off, but it stays perfectly in place.  After an hour of arguing, he agreed to lower his fee to $180 for this second visit.  Will never use this scammer again!  He should have told us from the beginning that he would charge for this second visit.  Furthermore, it should not have backed up again without him investigating and getting to the root of the issue.  Update: it backed up yet again after another week so called a friend who snaked it out.  Hopefully this was the correct solution.
