Hired this company to do a bathroom floor tear out and replace with LVT. Met with owner (Tom) prior to hiring and his quote was reasonable after looking at the job. He came on time on the date agreed upon, did a great job on the floor and it was finished same day. Couldn’t ask for more. Was also responsive to questions throughout the process. Would highly recommend!

My landlord hired this awful company to do the carpets in my place. At some point in the job, someone from this company backed there truck into my daughters $400 Barbie powerwheel causing significant damage both physically and structurally. To make matters worse, they hid this fact from me as I found out from another contractor who was at the job. After confronting Tom (another hack from Ritter) he came over to take pictures of the powerwheel and promised to compansate me for the damage. After not hearing from him for a week or so I realized he only did this to ensure he was paid by my landlord and had no intention of fixing the damage. I'm now in the process of dragging them to civil court. Aside from the total lack of moral obligation this company showed they also do the worse quality of work I've ever seen. After my daughter stepped on a tack strip on the stairs I informed the company of this and they told me to "get a hammer and beat down any that are causing an issue." I wouldn't hire this company to rip the carpet out of a house I was demolishing since I'm positive they'd find a way to hack that also.
