+ -1 moreBecause the owner of the store could not help me solve the problem with the chair I was offered a 25% discount on any other chair should I want to buy one. They have been very helpful to me over the years and very patient. I was able to find someone to fix my chair who I found by surfing the web and later realized was on Angies list and all A grades. So now my chair is fixed. But if you are looking for a store for any type of orthopedic equipment or supplies, I would strongly recommend Relax the Back.
Description of Work: I was diagnosed with arthritis in my neck about eight or nine years ago. As a result I needed a number of items. I bought a bed, pillows, a zero gravity chair and miscellaneous items over time. I ask a lot of questions and they were always very patient and are very knowledgeable. A zero gravity chair I bought about 8 or 9 years ago recently stopped working. I called the store and the company that made the chair was out of business. See below

+ -1 moreThe owners are very easy to deal with. They are not pushy and are easy to talk to. We had a really good experience with them. They could have easily dismissed our questions since it had been so long since our purchase, but they treated like new customers.
Description of Work: We purchased equipment from them a few years back and went in to discuss how to properly use the equipment.
