Absolutely awful. After I paid the initial down payment, did not hear back for weeks. I had to keep reaching out to them when they would get started. Would be told they'd be there the next Monday. Next Monday would come, no one here. This occurred for weeks. When "they" finally got started, I discovered it was sub contracted to another guy called New Age Construction (they were alright). Randalls did not order enough to siding, did not have the two windows that were to be installed, nor installed the sliding door. But, Randall himself called asking for the final payment saying the job was done satisfactory. You kidding me! When I told him it was not done, or even close, he asked for partial of the final payment. I told him I would not be making the final payment until the job was done and would be involving my attorney. At which point he stated, and I paraphrase, "you ever here the phrase don't mess with people who have more money and power than you". Unbelievable. Awful business. Even worse people.

Uses foreign work crews on temporary work visas.  Theses workers spoke very little English, which was very inconvenient throughout the renovation. Only overhead design diagrams were provided.  He did not provide frontal view drawings as other cabinet suppliers do.  This led to misunderstandings during the installation.
The granite subcontrator was hard to understand and pricey, but the installation of counter tops went well.The cabinet doors where to be full overlay, which they are not.  But I didn't figure that out until after the job was paid in full.  This was a major oversight that should not have occurred. There were also minor oversights and measurement errors that were corrected but resulted in delays. Overall I rate the job a C+ but was hoping and paid for better.
