It was great working with Profound Sound and Video. From the time I received an estimate- Jason was VERY attentive to ALL of my questions (I had a lot). The day they came to mount my TV- Felix (so nice) came about 15 minutes early- he called when he was on his way and outside- I think this is GREAT customer Service. I would recommend them to all of my family and friends and I have actually already reviewed them to my real estate agent. Thanks again!!

I hired Profound for a home theatre projector setup for my basement/mancave and their quality of work was exceptional. Jesse was very professional and efficient as were the 2 installers (sorry guys I forgot your names). They took the time to teach me the new system and they were very patient. They installed a sound bar and a connection device to sync my house speakers with an app on my phone and tablet. System works great. Thank you very much!

The workers inadvertently cut off power to an outlet in another room that they had to draw power from. They are coming back to fix that issue. No problem at all. They are very professional and respectful.

The (2) techs were on time and without delay got into the project. Competence goes a long way in this world. This company had never been in my home prior and they were able to quickly assess their plan of attack. They completed the project in a timely fashion and it was definitely done well. While they weren't the cheapest bid I got I'm certain the job wouldn't have been done with as much attention to detail since the other companies business owners sounded unsure about the job. That leaves a lot of doubt in my mind. I'm very happy and would consider them for future work.

Helped with more issues than we initially hired them for (some web virus, browser updates, etc.) really gave us peace if mind leaving our premises and knowing we could log in remotely.
