She is really good at what she does. Her proposals are very complete. She keeps excellent records and she is a taskmaster (in a good way) to make sure we get everything done we intend to with each project. Each and every project, from installing garage shelves, to helping us set up a budget to overseeing a bathroom remodeling to filing a mountain of insurance forms went so well. She is an excellent intermediary with contractors to insure the bids and contracts are clear. She is well aware of all the organizing systems for home and office (and garages) and so many times she has found things we never knew existed; like special tools and cool container for DVDs. We trust her and appreciate that she never tries to impose her views on our lifestyle. She asks a lot of questions to make sure she knows what we want and we felt in charge of the projects from the beginning-even though she was making it all happen. I never-ever would have figured out how to file all those insurance claims. We had 12 months, 5 states and more than a dozen practitioners to files claims for and she never even sighed once, through the hours of organizing our process, writing out the instructions, making up binders and checklists-it was really amazing and we will always be grateful for her help.
