I contacted Keenan owner of the company to give me a price to re-finish my out door deck. He said he needed a week. It is now 11 days. I have texted him twice and and called once. Have never gotten any answer. You make your judgement if you want to work with someone who is unresponsive. Especially a contractor.

Bathroom remodel was promised to be done in one month. After three months of many frustrations and problems we fired Keenan Rosen. Simple requests such as using an exhaust fan while sanding were not followed causing great discomfort to myself. As work progressed it became obvious that the work being done was of a slipshod nature. Tiles were not aligned plumbing did not function properly and The shower door never close properly. Leaks in the plumbing cause damage to my walls iand basement. After attempts to fix these problems by sending over other incompetent workers, we fired Keenan Professional plumbers were then hired to fix the problems that Keenan and his workers had created. We recovered a portion of what we spent on this Re do project. Keenan ignored the final bill we sent him from the plumber, after promising to make good on it. After paying Keenan an extraordinary amount of money for this project we remain totally dissatisfied with Keenan and the workers he sent to my house. I must also mention the stealing of beer from my refrigerator by one of his workers. I had just had surgery at the time and he and his workers took great liberties because of my weakened Condition. I would never hire Keenan Rosen for any project at anytime for anything.

Bathroom looks beautiful, Keenan was very good about getting back to us when contacted. The men who worked on the job were polite and skilled.

Great! Shutters were installed perfectly and it totally changed the appearance of our house for the better.

Hired Keenan based on other work he had done in our neighborhood, but our experience was terrible. I know the issues mentioned here will seem unbelievable, but if you can contact me via Angie's list I am happy to answer questions. -One crew member had to be fired mid-job after I caught him drinking a case of beer from my garage refrigerator over the course of a week. When I raised this with the owner he (amazingly) wasn't surprised--had known this person was an alcoholic but thought it wasn't impacting his work. -Workmanship was poor, with many corners cut (gaps filled with tube after tube of caulk, etc). Some work was re-done but eventually I ran out of patience. I'm sure the owner (Keenan) would not accept this on his own house, but he did not express much interest in fixing (general quote whenever issues were raised "...well, what do you want me to do?"). -Window was mis-installed, with trim pieces not fitting. In retrospect this was a job the crew did not know how to do properly but tried to do anyway. -Poor control of staff: Siding was mis-installed without proper bevel cuts for water runoff but installation method did not change after the first time I asked...nor the second...nor the third! Crew had decided to do it their own way even when specifically instructed by me and the owner (multiple times) to do it differently. -Despite Invoice terms that stated 50% payment up front and 50% on completion, I was hounded almost every week to pay even though job was not completed. -Prices were not cheap, and I had to keep a running tally of material used (board-feed of siding) to avoid being over-charged for installation. -took far longer to complete than expected, due mostly to quality issues.

Keenan and his team did a great job. They were on time, very accommodating to my schedules, and cleaned up at the end of each day.The job took about 3 or 4 business days, which was about the same as the estimate. They provided good advice when original plans had to change, and they were a general pleasure to work with!

Keenan Rosen was the consummate professional. Accommodating and transparent. His crew of Al and Butch worked diligently every day on the job, which was finished in record time. All the work was completed correctly and was even beyond my expectations. Would use this contractor again in a heartbeat.

It was a pleasure working with this group of people they were polite and and hard working. Each day they would arrive and addressed any concerns.

NEVER EVEN HEARD FROM HIM

He was super responsive and accommodating in terms of scheduling...we called and he moved something's around to get there the next day to ensure our house was ready for the open house the next day!!!!

We passed inspection with flying colors. Keenan is a pleasure to work with and would recommend him for any job big or small.

I can recommend Maintenance and More of Cherry Hill and its owner, Keenan Rosen as highly as possible. Based on my experience, they can do anything, especially when it comes to devising solutions to problems I thought were insoluble. Most importantly, last month Keenan and his crew knocked out a list generated by a home inspector for the prospective buyer of my home, so that everything was accomplished, and my home sold with no delay. Keenan and company started the work just before the holiday season in December and will have completed the tasks in January. They had to endure the sometimes-harsh weather, precipitation, and the conditions in the crawlspace. Keenan made the effort a turnkey process and he kept me apprised of progress with daily texts and weekly e-mails. The trustworthiness of Keenan and his crew is beyond reproach. They had the keys and had the run of the house to complete the work. I will use Maintenance & More LLC again. If you need repairs, remodeling, or renovations you?ve got to reach out to and engage Keenan.

It was a fantastic expirience. it was great. He is very highly recommended. He is fst, he is sincere and honest. HE didnt even liked how the association talked to me. They were pretty nasty with me. He said he would have done some of the older work for free.

Keenan came promptly to look at the work, and agreed to give us an estimate. Keenan did not respond to several telephone messages, and did not get back to us for several weeks. After we had already gotten another contractor to do the work.
