We called Joe and explained the issue and that due to the significant rot we needed to have the issue handled as soon as practicable. Joe immediately scheduled a time to come out and take a look at the window. He took measurements, explained that replacement windows would be a very easy installation for us and then discussed the types of windows he could use in the replacement. He recommended a brand that he described as a step up from builder grade but was clear they were not equivalent to a Pella or Anderson Window, but that if we wanted those he would be glad to install those instead. The brand he recommended had three variants and he provided us brochures on each of the variants, from a basic vinyl, to a midgrade vinyl to a higher end wood clad window. Within 48 hours he had emailed us a quote for each of the three window options. We selected the mid-grade vinyl and he scheduled installation for 2 weeks later as soon as the windows arrived in. He came out when he said and installed the windows. Did a nice job replacing all trim work, caulking, and explaining how we should handle our new windows. Already have discussed replacing additional windows with Joe as he was incredibly professional, friendly, and punctual.

Joe was great, he came out and gave me an estimate and then returned to measure the entire house for accuracy. I am definitely pleased with the work that he and his crew did and will consider him for any future projects

Joe was wonderful! He came out exactly when he said he would and discussed all the options with my husband and I. He sent me an estimate by email right away and was extremely responsive. He even came back to measure again when we thought we might go with a different style window than we had originally decided. The windows came in quickly and Joe was at our house the whole time the work was being done. We are very happy and we would definitely use Liberty Bell Windows again in the future. This company is highly recommended!

We had at least 7 different people come to the house for estimates. Joe was by far the least pushy and he did not try to sell us more than we needed. He spent a lot of time with us explaining things and answering our questions. Honestly, each day after they left the house was cleaner than when they got there. A+ service all around and given how the windows performed in the summer I expect they will do well over the winter.

This is a family owned business and they're just getting started. Joe came out and did the estimate and the actual work. I did this in two installments. The first time, Joe did all the work himself. The second time, he had one other person assisting him. They were very professional, punctual and the price was great. Everything was cleaned up afterwards. Joe is so nice that I wanted to give him more business. You could tell that he really enjoyed the work he was doing and wanted to do a really good job.
