LESLIE'S SWIMMING POOL SUPLS

I bought a new pool cleaner from them, spent around $700, expensive stuff. The pool cleaner does not work. They say I cannot return as return policy is 14 days, and also they say "basically once you put it in the pool you cannot return it". They took it to fix it, twice, and claim the issue is with my system, not the cleaner. they were not cooperating at all to get my issue resolved. I had to go to manufacturer to get support. At some point the manufacturer is telling me that Leslie's told them they sent a technician to my house and he confirmed the issue is in my system - this is a brutal lie ! There was no tech person, and in fact the problem is not with the system. I took my cleaner to a friend's house - the same problem over there ! My recommendation - do yourself a favor - go somewhere else - the least they can do is give proper service after taking so much money for a pool cleaner. Soon the season is over and the cleaner still does not work !!
