Workmanship not satisfactory, poor communication and very bad customer service.

We are thrilled with our kitchen! KOL was responsive and helpful in every step of the planning and construction process. They created a House Beautiful-quality kitchen well within our budget. They were light years ahead of other contractors, some of whom didn't even give us a promised estimate. They completed a large project in just a couple of weeks, I can't recommend them enough.

Our kitchen and bathrooms were recently renovated by KOL Kitchen and Bath. We couldn't be happier with the final outcome. they are the best!!! Jermaine helped us every step of the way. He helped us design, select materials, and make modifications during construction. He was also there when we needed him, and always with a smile. Jermaine is a consummate professional and we truly enjoyed working with him. Pablo and his workers were great as well. They were neat, courteous, hard working, and their craftsmanship was impeccable. We highly recommend KOL kitchen and bath.

Everyone at KOL made this kitchen improvement easy. All were polite and professional. They had a good inventory to choose from and we found what we wanted within an hour or so. They came out to measure the next day and 6 days later the job was completed. All for what we feel was a fair price. I would recommend KOL Marble and Granite.

This company is fantastic. Very quick to send an estimator, and once we picked out our granite it was cut and installed within a week. It looks gorgeous. Everyone we dealt with was friendly and professional.

We did a complete countertop of 68 sq ft, and backsplash using glass brick tiles and some materials of our own choosing behind the stove. All steps were punctual with a capital P. And courteous with a capital C. There was no hard sell, and all the team members were in sync. This was the fastest installation project we have ever undertaken. The materials were top notch. The backsplash installer wore booties the first day because it was drizzling. MS in sales did a great job keeping us informed and working on our behalf. If you're in the S. Jersey/Philadelphia area, you would make a big mistake not to consider KOL Marble & Granite. Their selection of grades of stone is outstanding.
