It was excellent work and the price was nice, but it took a lot of time of me calling them to do the job done. If they would only call their customers back it would be great but they are not following up with me. I have left three messages. I talked to someone and they said Chris would call me back and he did not.

Our family was away during the time Chris and his crew were working on the project. He stayed in contact with me via text and sent pictures of the progress and when the job was complete and it looked good.
when we returned home and seen the completed work in person it looked very nice but a few of the trees were not straight. I contacted Chris and it took a few weeks but they did come out and straighten out all the trees.
Several months later in the spring, some of the trees looked like they were dying. I contacted Chris and he eventually came out and said he would replace them when he got the chance. It took him until summer to replace the trees but by then a few more trees were dead. He and his crew replace approx. 5 dead trees. There were still another 4 that needed to be replaced and he said he'd have to come back.
It's now been almost a year since the work was done. I have been calling and emailing for the last few months but have not heard from Chris or Amy. I honestly feel they are waiting until the year passes so they think they got away without honoring the warranty.
