This company was recommended to me by folks in my neighborhood as an experienced and reliable pro, and they were right. He replaced my deteriorated gutter guards and took care of some problems caused by a previous roofing job. His price was reasonable he was very knowledgeable and his years of experience really showed.

If you don't mind being judged and insulted by the service people you hire go ahead and hire this company. There was a note on our invoice - "this was a disgrace". I'm not disputing that our gutters were very clogged but come on! It must be wonderful to have achieved such perfection in all aspects of one's life that they feel they have the right to diss a CUSTOMER in writing. I'm not sure what the going rate for cleaning gutters is but the $280.00 charge for a 2 story (admittedly fairly large) home is seems pretty compensatory for the horrible experience they had.

A little tough to get outside work completed this year because of the erratic weather, but once he got here work was done quickly and so far looks great. Chris always returned my calls or texts, and gave the best price out of all the companies I called. He was honest about what needed replacing and how he would go about it. I would certainly call him again for future Gutter repair or replacement.

I found Gutters by Gary through Angie's List. I emailed via the website and Chris replied within hours. The next day he called me and said that he would be able to stop by and take a look. He gave me upfront the options and pricing for cleaning. It turns out the level of the gutters was fine, they were just clogged. With a thorough cleaning, it was a quick process. I will be scheduling for them to come back every six months for ongoing maintenance!

Gary was at my house within two days of contact. Very professional on the phone. I was worried that it would be a problem since my house is very tall and I have been at my house 20 years and never had them cleaned. I was concerned that I would need replacments. He came out and did the work while I was at work and left me the bill. The price was as agreed upon and very reasonable.

It was a rainy day, and I needed my gutters cleaned. He came and did a wonderful job. It was done when no one else would do it. He also called and gave me recommendations. He responded to my emergency call and I'm very very pleased.

Chris was great. He came out for an estimate the day after I called. His price was better than the competition and I like his guards better. He did the work the next week and also told me that there were problems with the roof. After I had the roof replaced he came back to check on the gutter guards to see that the roofers replaced them properly. Great service.

We phoned this company twice and each time they said they would call with a day and time when they would come look at the job. They never phoned back and never came to look at the job. They are a total waste of time.

I called Gary, he comes over and we reviewed repairs and such. He then gives me options and we select the one for the job. I was not at home when he completed the project (repairs and cleaning) but I had no problems with water issues as hurricane Irene dumped a ton of rain in my area.

We chose Guttering by Gary on the recommendation of a previous customer and because they are a family run local business. We called after recent storm damage. I left a message with the service and received a prompt call back the same day. They worked with my schedule and finished the job in a timely manner, cleanly and efficiently. Our bill was exactly the same as the estimate that we were quoted, with no hidden fees, and we were also very pleased with the warranty provided. They were very professional and took pride in doing the best job possible. They left my home free of debris, taking all old and unused materials when they left. Gary was polite and helpful on the phone. He was prompt and professional and even did the work while I was away. I had forgotten to tell him! He moved one of the down spouts to a better location. All materials were cleaned up afterwards. He even let me know that there were some soft spots on the roof and that I should have it replaced.

CHRIS IS VERY BUSY BUT WHEN HE STARTS HE FINISHES. HE POINTED OUT PROBLEMS WITH MY TREES, MY ROOFS AND CHIMNEY, WITH SUGGESTIONS TO IMPROVE THE CURRENT EXTERIOR PORTIONS OF MY HOUSE. THE WORK WAS DONE IN ONE DAY AND HE CLEANED UP AFTERWARDS.
