This is the WORST company I have ever had the displeasure to work with,
they are incompetant, unprofessional AND the only Pella Service Company
in 100 Mile radius. I spoke with Pella HQ and they could do absolutely
nothing to intervene.
BUY ANDERSEN WINDOWS AVOID PELLA AT ALL COSTS.
