Geek Squad - Best Buy

Fabulous!!! To replace my 13 year-old computer, I bought a new HP computer from Best Buy (Cherry Hill, NJ) in March 2015 and, shortly thereafter, I purchased a two-year Geek Squad plan for only $220 - the BEST $220 that I ever spent! On several occasions, I made use of calling Geek Squad's toll-free number and, although each instance required long waits for online responses, every representative was very helpful. This last time, though, the phone representative was unable to maintain a remote connection with my computer and it was proposed that I bring my computer into the store, with the suggestion that it might have to be sent out and I would be without my computer for up to 2 weeks. However, when I brought it to the Cherry Hill store's Geek Squad, the tech worked on it for over and hour and then advised that it would be repaired in-house. He stated that the official time frame was 3-5 days, but likely to be 3 or 4 days. In fact, I received a phone call that it was ready, just a few hours short of 3 days. AND not only fixed are the variety of issues for which I brought it in for repair, but also one other issue that I hadn't even mentioned. I HIGHLY recommend Geek Squad.
