The first agent with whom I spoke did not help. I asked to speak with a manager. Steve B. in the Cherry Hill Best Buy Geek Squad is OUTSTANDING!!!! I did not have an appointment, there was no one else in line and I asked if he could just take a look at it. He took it in the back and ten minutes later - BAM, I am back in business and on the internet. I have a Geek Squad contract and this is well worth it. I paid nothing for this service. I just want to point out that the manager, Steve B., went out of his way to help me. I am overwhelmed by his kindness and professionalism.

We were very pleased. We went back a month later for another appliance. They beat out everybody's prices.

They were very professional and courteous. They gave me an estimate that was pretty close to what I would need to pay, seeing how it was a more expensive repair. But, the problem was that when I got the computer home the fan became wobbly and makes a loud clicking noise like a playing card on a bicycle spoke. C'mon, you can't check to see that the fan has not been knocked loose? That might have been why the system overheated and power source burned out. That said, they were cheaper than other places I could've gone to.

The service was excellent. The technician's name is Taylor Hans. He was clear in his explanations and what he was doing. He was on time, courteous and knowledgeable. My computer is running great again and I couldn't be more satisfied with the service.

They were nice, professional and helpful.  In two days, they called to say it was working.  In addition, for the same fee, they put virus protection on my tablet, and have helped remotely with another issue.  They are always respectful and easy to work with.

They spent an hour and a half doing it; they were very courteous and competent. Spencer, who did the work, was outstanding, he was really nice. I would recommend them in a hot minute.
