I requested information from three companies for a mortgage refinance cash out through Bankrate.com at 9:30 pm on a Friday. The first reply I received was from Kevin Boyle, Garden State Home Loans who sent me an email at 8:59 am the next day, a Saturday. I dropped the other two companies very early in the process. Not only were their rates and fees higher, but they also were not responsive at all. To everyone at Garden State Home Loans - What an amazing experience working with each of you. Most emails and phone calls were with Kevin, my Loan Officer, who coordinated the entire process. Jake Fayette ensured the final touches were in place for closing. Giana Isaga, Melanie Pongracz, and Heather Anderson quickly followed up with me to be sure I had sent, received, and signed all documents needed. I was so impressed over the four weeks we worked together with how responsive each of you was, even on weekends. I truly apologize if I have forgotten anyone. My entire closing process took only 26 days from my first email with Kevin and would have been less if I had not delayed for 5 or more days to complete a small job in my house before scheduling the appraisal. It was my fault we did not close in 20 days and turned out that job would not have affected the appraisal, anyway. You all have no idea how impressed I was throughout the entire process with the thoroughness and attention to the smallest detail by each of you. I could not have asked for a better team. I have worked with Garden State Loans on multiple occasions The rates dropped each time and have lowered my APR by a full 3 points over the last 4 years. Their numbers are exactly as promised and they do it when they say they will.

Awesome. The people at garden state home loans saved the day for me. We were in contract to purchase a home for months after dealing with an oil tank problem. We had originally dealt with the mortgage company associated with the realtors company. (Started with a W ending in ert). When it came time to get financing in order again with the original company it turned into a disaster. The rate skyrocketed and they were very difficult to work with. So I contacted garden state home loans by email literally while I was on a plane from California to New York. By the time I landed in New York we were well on our way. They got us a rate that was almost .75 lower than what the original company was getting us and they were able to get us closed in 3 weeks after those emails on the plane. I can't recommend them highly enough. I can't imagine it would be possible to find anyone better.
