My dog was there in March, I believe, for his yearly check-up and his shots. He has skin problems and he usually gets medicine to go with that. They're expensive, but it's really hard to make a living in the veterinary industry these days. I understand for all the education that they get they have to have a big volume in order to make decent money. They've always taken very good care of him. I've been going there for two of my dogs. Their responsiveness is very much so; they call right back and I can get an appointment whenever I need it if he's in need. For punctuality, they're pretty on time and their professionalism is definitely an A. They're all women. Well, there's one male in the practice, but they're all women so of course they're professional and on time. They take their work seriously, right? Yes! It takes probably a half hour for him to get seen. I understand they have to take the serious things first. It's like anyplace else, in the emergency room yourself, you've gotta wait for somebody who's got a worse problem than you. The vets are great. They get down on the floor with him and everything, look him in the eye. And he's a big boy; he's a pit bull mix and he's over 70 pounds. He scares a lot of people but he's a marshmallow. It's the little ones you gotta worry about. One time when we were walking a little dog came up and bit him in the neck and he looked at me like what did he do that for? Little dogs think they're all that, right? Actually they just re-did the facility, so it's a lot better than it used to be. It used to be a single person practice. When these two women vets bought it out, it was really kinda small for what they had in mind, so they enlarged it and they took on more doctors.

We always ask for Jacob Leff. He started me on one pill a day because she was so young and just because as they get older, sometimes you have to increase it. We started her on one and it was overnight. It didn't happen again. They checked her for all kinds of different things. We got the medication and everything too, that visit.

They really care about his problem. They keep looking for different ways to treat him. This time, they gave him some anti-anxiety medicine because they said that sometimes stress can bring this problem on in cats.

They're wonderful. I think they're pretty expensive, but everybody I talk to says their veterinarians are expensive. It just seems like a lot of money to me, but you gotta do it. They're fabulous; a lot of good follow-up, a lot of real concern, they take the time to discuss things with you, they give you their cell phone numbers so you can call them and ask them questions. I mean, they're just really great doctors. It seems like there's always somebody there even though I know they're not open all the time, but I rarely call that I don't get a human being. That's pretty great.

They provide highly personable service, and they know our animals. They're not the cheapest vets around, but they provide the highest quality and most professional animal care.

I enjoy them a lot. They're very fast to see you. They're very friendly and everyone's very knowledgeable. They're very interested in your dogs and are very happy to see your dog or cat. They don't keep you waiting very long and they take short notice appointments. They were pretty quick to respond and were very professional as well. I've stuck with them for the last 2 and a half years and I really like them.

I have used the veterinary practice for about 6 years. When my remaining dog developed some old age health problems, the vets use the best possible approach to diagnosing my dog's problems. Every vet has taken great care and showed sensitivity and concern for my each dog's needs. I strongly recommend them.

The girls were nervous, being at the vet's office, but soon were relaxed and comfortable if not thrilled to be there (can't blame them - doctor too often means ouch to a dog). The doc and her assistant took each back to be weighed, checked their charts for updating and did the manual patella exam when I was there to see. When we picked them up, we were shown the xrays on the computer and given the doctor's opinion (which was spot on with what the OFA results showed). All the girls were awake and ready to eat dinner. Too often we've gone to a vet for these xrays, left them off early in the morning and picked them up groggy at night (meaning they didn't do the xrays until late in the afternoon - the poor dogs were hungry all night and then again all day). Not here! All was good and they were just fine coming home.
The price for three sets of xrays, manual examination, filling out paperwork and sending the xrays and papers off to a third party was more than reasonable. I trust these doctors with my dog's lives and that's not something I would say about many vets in this area.

From my experience I felt it was very clean and they were very professional and I felt I was in a doctor’s office and not a vet. It was not grimy or smelly. It was like a patient waiting for a doctor. It is a little expensive and more than what I paid for my previous vet. My animal was treated like a human and not an animal.

The front desk was courteous. I did have to wait for about half hour but once I got back to a room, the technician came right in and began the exam. The vet was very nice and informative, she answered all my questions. I did rate the price average, it was a fairly expensive visit but it was comparable to the vet I previously used.

They are very caring and took such good care of our dog. Their prices are very reasonable and they only do what is necessary to treat the condition. I recommend them highly!
