I called this company & immediately Mike called me back. We set up an appointment & Mike was on time, bringing beautiful samples with him. He explained the differences regarding vinyl & other materials. The workers were here on time..They took away the old rug & installed a beautiful floor. They were professional & the clean up was great. I highly recommend this company.

Overall good experience. Set them up with a tight window between closing and move in. Showed up exactly on time and did exactly as requested without us being there at all

As soon as I submitted my request, I got the phone call to schedule the appointment, which happened in a few days. Mike came to my home with many samples, showed the completed look for samples i picked on his laptop, and took all measurements and gave me pricing right there. Had floor installed by end of the next week and it is gorgeous! Great job by Mike and his crew! Highly recommend!

Mike, owner, gave us a great presentation and he really knows his products. Gave us reasonable options and opinions of how things should look. His team did a great job and was definitely considerate especially we did the whole house. Definitely our floors and stairs looks awesome!

Carpet - Install
The experience was ok. The installers were not at all informative and had to come back after the initial installation to fix a problem. The representative that came to check on the work after the installation was not the same person as who I met with when I hired this company. The after completion rep was unkept and gave me a coffee-stained business card. Now that the work is done and the minor issue was fixed, I am very happy with my carpet. Good and not good as a whole, but the main point of this job was carpet installation so overall I am pleased with that aspect.

I had a few estimates on my floor. They were in the ballpark of other dealers... but they offered a much more affordable financing program! The install crew was amazing!! They even have a woman on their install team who definitely honed her craft! I highly recommend this company!!

Wood Flooring - Install or Completely Replace
Floor Coverings International removed old tile flooring in my kitchen and entryway and replaced it with vinyl plank flooring. Demolition was loud and messy, but the finished floor came out nice. Job was finished in one day. Only complaints are that they did not let me know they would be coming later than promised, they didnt put up plastic over the doors to keep the dust out of the rest of the house, they didnt push the stove all the way back into the wall, and their truck leaked oil on my driveway.
