My initial impression of Dan, the owner, was that he seemed knowledgeable and experienced. I was fooled. It has been 2 and 1/2 months since his initial assessment and treatment. Instead of solving our problem it has worsened. I have been very patient. On two occasions we had an appointment set for him to come to our home and he didn't show up. He had excuses- his grandmother-in-law died the first time and his new device for scheduling appointments had him confused the second time. I was very understanding. On the occasions that he has shown up, he rarely seems to have what he needs in his truck and has had to "come back tomorrow" to start a new treatment or implement a new intervention. Many times he has not followed through with coming back. I persisted with this company because I had already invested over $900. In retrospect, I should have been suspicious at our first meeting when he tried to sell me a new "gutter guard" system for several thousand dollars. His employee also gave me a very hyper- inflated estimate to replace our attic insulation. He suggested I put a deposit down now (December) so that we would be first on their list come Spring. My thoughts are that the company is not concerned about solving my pest problem as much as it is about generating income from more costly projects. Presently, I am unable to get Dan on the phone and he has not returned my calls. P.S. The work that has been done to our exterior is unsightly. For example. One area on a lower roof has some sort of light blue fabric or plastic stuffed into a potential place of entry. It looks trashy.

They have done a good job and it is time consuming. They have been very responsive and professional. When I was talking to them on the phone they were trying to get a raccoon out of a house up the street from me. They have been doing a really good job for me. It has taken 4 weeks so far. They have to keep coming back because they have to trap the squirrels as they come out of the house. They very humanely take them 5 miles away, because they will find their way back. It is an on going process. I think that the quote that they gave us included the repairs. We had to put half down and then when the process is over we will pay the other half. Whenever we call they come out the next day and there will be a case full of critters and they take them. They have to be that way because they are really busy. I think the price is reasonable and fair. He gave us options on how we wanted to do this. Other places had quoted me thousands of dollars. They did not try to up sell us or tell us this is how it has to be done. There was no pressure and they were fair priced. They do not always answer the phone, but they always return my calls. They are there pretty much when they say they are going to be. After this is over, if I ever had a problem again I would call them.
