Eco-Friendly Cleaning Services

They were prompt and they did a good job. I'd recommend that they pay more attention to detail to improve their business. They also used natural products, which I liked.

I purchased a voucher through Amazon/LivingSocial for 4 man hours at $65 to clean the house. When I called to set up service, it was a few weeks of phone tag before we actually talked. This is reflected in my review, I couldn't give an A when it took so long to make contact. He explained to me that 3 ladies would come and work a total of 1 1/2 hrs. for the voucher I bought. If I wanted them to clean the entire house, he would charge an additional $65 an hour. I opted for the extra hour.

The ladies arrived at the appointed time and I showed them around the house mentioning which rooms we used and didn't use on a regular basis. My experience has been that 3 cleaners take about 1 1/2 hour, so 2 1/2 should be plenty of time even though the house hadn't been cleaned in awhile.

They began in the rooms we seldom used and ran out of time. They were VERY thorough in cleaning everything. It was a good Spring cleaning. Unfortunately they didn't touch the second floor nor the family room which are used most often. I understood why they didn't finish and agreed that they should come back since it was 7:30 pm. 

Again it took a week to actually talk to the gentleman, and it was difficult to schedule another cleaning. So to finish, we have to wait 2 weeks. I did also schedule a monthly cleaning just before a big party I'm having and will continue to use on a monthly basis as long as the cleaning continues to be satisfactory.

They are great.  Very professional.  They get everything clean.  If you have a problem they come right back and re-do it.  Easy to schedule with them.  They do a great job.
